The European Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/CE PED was revised in beginning of 2014 with impact on all manufacturers manufacturing pressure equipment in and for Europe. The new PED (Directive 2014/68/EU) come fully into force from 1st June, 2015 onwards.

This course on European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) 2014/68/EU Simplified gives the participants a comprehensive overview about the new European Pressure Equipment Directive and its changes compared to the old Directive.

It prepares the participant’s companies in dealing with enquiries of European clients for pressure equipment with a special emphasis on the usage of international recognized Design and Manufacturing Codes, such as ASME, to fulfil all its requirements.
